Bianca joined Optimum Consulting Group as a Corporate Services Consultant (Remote) as part of the Optimum acquisition of the APRG business. She has close to 3 years’ experience within the HR/Recruitment industry initially providing administrative support to the CEO, Operations Manager and HR Consultants team. The key functions of her role with Optimum Consulting is Recruitment Support, Corporate Services tasks and Executive assistance. Prior to starting within the recruitment industry, Bianca had 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO for multinational companies. Today she also provides assistance with resourcing and screening of candidates from different industries.
