Richard assists owners and management teams to enhance the value of their business by identifying HR Consulting and Executive Recruitment initiatives. With over 20 years’ experience in HR Consulting and Recruitment, Richard was a director of a global recruitment firm for nine years and a director of a specialist management consulting firm for eight years. As a result, Richard has been involved in the strategic input and direction of a wide range of businesses, industries, and economic climates and is able to make tactical, considered, commercial decisions to assist organisations to reach their objectives.
Richard works with clients across a broad cross-section of industries encompassing large global blue chips through to SMEs and early stage companies.

Outside of work, Richard is married and the proud father of his 5 year old son. He unwinds by keeping fit and enjoys watching all sporting codes, especially cricket and rugby.
