In line with our continuing goal to help our customers to achieve their goals, we are soon going to update My Employee Life but not have a date yet.

With the aim of not just improving employee performance but also contributing to achieving employee success, we are updating the layout design as well as a few new features.  Users will receive a full update within their activity feed within the platform, but here is a summary of other improvements.

Notifications.  With the new My Employee Life, users can choose what kind of content they want to see on their “Activity” dashboard which was formerly called “Stream”. 

Profile.   Users will now be able to add their responsibilities to their profile which they can then link to other parts of the platform, including goals.

Goals.  Apart from design improvements, the ability to link responsibilities to key results ensures everyone remains clear about what they need to achieve in their role.  

Reports.  These have been further improved to include text and topic analytics.

In addition, Administrators will have the ability to adjust the custom side-menu display and other preferences that will suit their needs.
