Robert Kyte has been a Recruitment Consultant specialising in financial services for twenty – seven years. A particular area of both interest and expertise is in recruiting staff for for-member-profit superannuation funds. Robert was the founder/operator of Kyte Financial Recruitment from 2004 until 2022, when the company was acquired by Optimum Consulting Group. He previously worked for a major financial services company in both the superannuation and group insurance sectors for nine years. He is passionate about the financial services field and the matching of talent with suitable vacancies, with a particular focus on technical skills and cultural compatibility. Robert is an (unfailingly patient) Essendon supporter in the AFL and an avid traveller. Robert is employed as National Relationship Manager, focusing on financial services.
