Robbie returned to Optimum in June 2023 after spending almost ten years working with the likes of EY, BHP and Zendesk in internal sourcing recruitment function roles, and brings over 18 years of recruitment experience. Originally from Scotland, Robbie arrived in Australia in 2012 to lead Optimum’s resources function where he spent 3 years growing Perth, WA. Robbie has significant engineering and technical recruitment experience and heads up our Technical Services offering. He enjoys building trusted working relationships with both candidates and clients and has a strong eye for finding the often hard to attract talent quickly. Robbie enjoys spending time with his young family, following football, and playing squash badly.
