Operations Manager

In November 2024, my husband, two daughters and I packed up our lives and made the big move from the UK to sunny Brisbane, Australia. A few months later, in January 2025, I stepped into my role as an Operations Manager at Optimum, bringing with me 15 years of leadership experience.

My career has taken me on quite a journey, from management in a global store to years in the fast-paced world of Banking and Finance, before transitioning into education as an Executive Business Manager. That role truly reinforced my love for strategy, problem-solving, and driving operational excellence—things I’m excited to bring into the corporate world at Optimum.

I’m looking forward to making an impact, embracing new challenges, and, of course, soaking up a little more of that Brisbane sunshine!
