Bianca joined Optimum Consulting Group as a Corporate Services Consultant (Remote) following the acquisition of APRG, bringing with her six years of experience in HR and recruitment. Initially supporting the CEO, Operations Manager, and HR Consultants with executive assistance and corporate services, Bianca has since transitioned into the Marketing team, where she now focuses on managing Optimum’s social media channels, creating engaging content, and strengthening internal communications. Working remotely, she plays a key role in elevating brand presence and driving business visibility across platforms. Prior to her time in recruitment, Bianca spent a decade as an Executive Assistant to senior leaders in multinational organisations.
