Meet Leanne, the friendly face at Optimum reception since November 2015.

However, Leanne’s connection with Optimum goes back to the very beginning, in 2003, when she would assist her husband Brad with the company’s administration in its early start up days.

Leanne has a strong customer service focus and enjoys welcoming our new candidates to the Brisbane office and supporting the recruitment team with their administrative tasks.

Previously, Leanne worked in Banking and Finance for almost 15 years before taking some time out of the workforce to raise her two boys.
