Leaving home
Leaving behind the familiar and venturing into the unknown is a hallmark of the truly adventurous spirit. It’s a leap of faith, a testament to one’s resilience and ambition. For Nehal Shah, the decision to embark on this journey not just once, but twice, symbolizes her unwavering determination to carve out a life filled with opportunities and growth.
Nehal’s story
Nehal’s story is one of courage and tenacity. From the bustling streets of Mumbai to the picturesque landscapes of New Zealand, she dared to challenge herself, to push the boundaries of her capabilities. Armed with her expertise in recruitment, she fearlessly navigated the unfamiliar terrain of the Auckland market, building connections and forging a path towards success in the field of Information Technology recruitment.
Opportunity came knocking
Opportunity, they say, favours the brave. And for Nehal, it came knocking in the form of an offer to lead the Talent Acquisition division of her biggest client. With dedication and diligence, she cemented her reputation as a results-driven professional, earning the respect and admiration of her peers and superiors alike.
Time to get out of the comfort zone… again!
But Nehal’s thirst for adventure and growth knew no bounds. In 2023, she and her family made the audacious decision to embark on yet another chapter of their lives, this time in Australia. It was a bold move, driven by a desire to provide their daughter with broader opportunities and to explore new horizons as a family.
Joining our team at Optimum Consulting Group as Divisional Manager, IT & Digital Recruitment, Nehal brings with her not just a wealth of experience and expertise, but also an infectious enthusiasm and a relentless drive to excel.
